I saw\u00a0this recently from <a href=\"http:\/\/infiniticorp.us2.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=c7baca9a4f6830b348c3243f2&amp;id=57b9b8fbc2&amp;e=4044cd8676\" target=\"_blank\">Peter Bregman<\/a> on the <a href=\"http:\/\/infiniticorp.us2.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=c7baca9a4f6830b348c3243f2&amp;id=9c00e1a150&amp;e=4044cd8676\" target=\"_blank\">Harvard Business Review blog<\/a>. It was too good not to share.Peter was facilitating a strategic planning workshop (as I often do) for a client. Members of the team, representing different parts of the company, were presenting their ideas for the coming year. He reminded the group of the direction that they had input to and had agreed upon.
